I will send you 3 picture photos: 1 a passport, 2. a driver license. 3. a voting card. The resolution and size are the best I can give you. Your scope of work:
1. Capture picture and OCR text from that ID's .
2. Insert that text and picture to a MySQL db as register for every photo as a data register, primary key will be id #.
You have to send me the all files in order to run this in an apache server.
