I own a vacant property and have basic sketches of it. I'm looking for a planning agent who is a member of RTPI to apply for full plan permission. The main changes I want to make are:
- Change the unit from Use Class E to residential (C3)
- Use a summer house for acupuncture, massage, and herbal treatments (Sui Generis)
The right professional for this role should have experience and expertise in the following:
- Knowledge of UK planning regulations
- Proven track record of successful planning applications
- Experience liaising with local planning authorities
- Excellent communication skills to keep me updated throughout the process
I'm open to suggestions and advice, but the goal is to secure the necessary permissions for these changes in a timely manner.
