Convert, repair and prepare Sketchup model for 3D printing

I have a Sketchup model that needs repairing so that I can 3D print from it. When converted it is non manifolded and various other problems. The best option would probably be to use the existing model as a reference and create a new one correctly from scratch. A solid model would be preferred but any format that is acceptable to ponoko is fine.

Some modifications will need to be discussed as part of the repair work.
There will be an opportunity for more similar work if the price is good.
