Simple 3D Character Animation

I'm in need of a good 3D character animation. I have a product that I'd like to "characterize" and bring to life.

i like the simple animation of the character over at [[url removed, login to view]][1]

so trying to mimic the general movements of that example would be good. i don't need anything complicated like a mouth syncing to audio or anything. just basic arm movements and bending here and there to give expression.

i need someone artistic and who can conceptualize this idea and make it a reality. i've attched a basic ideas (but it needs much more realism) of the 3D character i want done.

Thank you for bidding! I am working on giving the final tweaks to the script we'll be using for this short animation. I know FOR CERTAIN that it will only be about 30-45 seconds long...and 15-20 seconds of that will be silence where the animation will just stand/sway back-and-fourth/move slightly...so keep that in mind with your bids.

I will hopefully have the voice over done in just a few days and will upload it so you can place your exact bid amount.

the final result will need to be a transparent avi (avi with an alpha channel) then i will encode it into a flash video with alpha channel to display inside the website...

ok i can see many of you still have not updated your bids for this project. and many of you are asking questions that have already been addressed.

so just to recap, i provided an example link of what i'm trying to achieve, also the description of the animation and general length, attached rough sample drawings and photos, a voice over script, voice over mp3, and the actual site in which this video will play.
