Hi, I am looking for someone skilled in 3DS Max (or similar) that is able to produce a high quality rendered architectural walkthrough of a conceptual design. The walkthrough would need to feature the exterior and interior of the building, including landscaping, furniture and lighting, as well as some surrounding terrain.
Requirements:
1. Residential, sloped roof, single-level building of approximately 300 square meters;
2. The freelancer will have some freedom when it comes to furniture and interior design (subject to my approval);
3. The freelancer will have some freedom when choosing the exact camera path and angles (subject to my approval);
4. Surroundings will have to match existing surroundings;
5. Completion within 30 days of when work begins;
I will provide:
1. Detailed 2D architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, site plan (including landscaping) etc.;
2. Material specifications;
3. Photographs of the property and surrounding area;
Please provide samples of previous work (school projects are ok), and include the words "I am skilled in 3D walkthroughs" in your reply, so that I know you actually read the project info before bidding.
