I have a SMS system currently running and need to add features to it.

I have the source code for you to work with

1 add department option when adding new user

2 add reporting based on which departing is sending how many SMSs out

3 scheduling currently sending out SMSs 30 days late I need it to be 30 days early

The project is developed in visual studio
