I need an invisible 3D Graphic player made so 3D graphic animations can be shown without seeing the player and the player will be transparent.

I want to be able to play 3D Graphic animations that appear to play in front of my desktop icons. I want the invisible 3D Graphic Animation player player to always be the front view of whatever I open on my screen.
It will open .glb and other 3D Graphic Animation files inside the invisible viewer.
The player must be an HTML file so it is easy to install and open on my computer. Or the player tool can package the 3D Graphic Animation into an HTML file so the html file can be loaded to my server to play the 3D Graphic Animation.
