Extract SQL data to CSV format

We have a couple of databases used in an accounting package called SBT. We wish to have the data within the databases converted to CSV format for import into a new program. This conversation will be needed at least two times; first for dry run then a final just before going live with the new program. There may be more conversions needed in between. The number of files within the databases is unknown.
The version of SQL is 2008 running on a Windows 2008 Server. We have already made a copy of the SQL databases for the first conversion. The complete set is 6.16GB but may not need to convert it all at first; we are checking.
We just signed up here on Freelancer. Would need to know:
Costs/rate, etc. I see where we specify a budget but it is unclear what levels mean, 'basic' 'moderate' etc.
How would we get these databases to/from the Freelancer worker.
