Backend Developer

Looking for a PHP MySQL developer to help me launch some projects. The type of work required will be:
- creating signup/login/logout/verification system
- dynamic user profile pages
- setting up payments gateways
- handling image uploads/deleting
- deployment to AWS would be a bonus
I'd like someone how is interested in long term work, is familiar with github and a great communicator to help deliver this work. I'd like to avoid using any MVC framework so that developed components can be included in as many projects as possible
Need someone that is happy to concentrate on the backend and functional side of projects since I intend to handle the Front End UI elsewhere
You will often have to work without much of a brief but I can decribe the behaviour I wish to see from the application well
Projects include elements of admin portals, websites and ecommerce sites
