In need of a Windows Platform Software written in Visual Basic

Greetings Freelancer,

I am here to say that I am looking for a experienced visual basic programmer that could consider to hook up with me on my next project.

You will make most of the code while I'm the one providing with the idea / design. It won't be a huge project.

Short description of the programs:

Send-client - Sends out a command that will be received on the Receive-client

Receive-client - Receives the command and preform a certain task on a certain website in a window with the website loaded.

Server - a control panel that will allow people to access the receive/send [url removed, login to view] file with a basic key/IP system.

(The Send/Receive would need to be a live connection, it needs to receive the command very fast.)

Now, that's the basic.

(You have to be experienced with Visual Basic/communication between programs! There is no reason to add me if you don't know Visual Basic or if you can't spend much time on this project from the time you start to the end. I don't want to rush anyone but this program is a bit of a rush project, I will explain more on skype.)
