367227 SEO SEM and Social Media

My website needs a comprehensive Internet marketing plan and implementation from A-to-Z including a professional presence in at least 5 of the Social Media websites. This requires someone who can determine precisely WHAT IS NEEDED and have the ability to get it done. I have developed a list of 90 keyword phrases and already have Google Analytics set up. I use Joomla as my CMS. I need an experienced professional to help make that happen. Please send an ITEMIZED project plan that details what you recommend, timing, pricing, etc. I am very interested in seeing what (in your opinion) is needed including a TIMELINE which will show why your bid should be selected and help me make a decision today.
