I'm seeking individuals who can fill dual roles - as Sales Promoters and Support Staff - at a local sports event in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Sales Promoter Role:

- Setting up promotional booths
- Assisting customers
- Distributing marketing materials
- Taking registrations

Time: 10:30 AM to 02:30 PM EDT
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our team in India to understand event objectives and promotional strategies.
- Receive and set up a promotional canopy, signage, and other marketing materials at the event venue.
- Manage the distribution of flyers and other promotional items to event attendees.
- Engage with attendees, explaining our programs and the benefits of enrolling their children.
- Facilitate on-site registrations and direct interactions via a virtual booth setup.
- Ensure all promotional materials are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to event attendees.
- Provide a post-event report on attendee engagement, feedback, and registration metrics.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Energetic and outgoing personalities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or event support would be advantageous.
