Full time Ecommerce Assistant - Process Orders Phone & Email - Perfect English
The duties will include all order processing by phone and email, customer follow up and support. You must have a very high level of spoken and written english.
This role requires someone that has the ability to think for themselves and solve problems as well as being a fast learner. You will learn a great deal about entrepreneurship, running a business, sales and more.
Requirements:
• Excellent English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Familiar with Computers / Programs / Apps / Google Drives / Microsoft Excel and Word / Gmail / Wordpress
• Mindset of an Entrepreneur
• ABLE TO VOICE THEIR PROFESSIONAL OPINION ON SITUATIONS
• Able to suggest better ways of improving the Business and processes
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL > Make sure all orders and emails always have the correct information
• Able to take IDEA into ACTIONABLE to do list into REALITY
• Working to Deadlines
• ABILITY TO WORK UNSUPERVISIED / NOT MICRO-MANAGED
Duties will include:
- Phone calls (orders, enquiries, sales, customer service, customer support,following up, feedback, surveys)
- Processing orders: checking order details, checking payment received, placing order suppliers, checking prices, checking delivery times, checking delivery costs, checking orders are received.
- Managing customers in CRM - processing through sales funnels
- Sending emails on my behalf: Sales, customer service, customer support, communication with supplier
- Customer Service via Live Chat on the website
- Customer Support
- Regular liaison with myself over skype and email
I will provide training for all tasks.
The work will be for 8 hours per day Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Honesty is essential. We understand mistakes happen and will work towards improving and fixing mistakes. We will not tolerate any dishonesty whatsoever.
If you do not have excellent written and spoken English, and are not comfortable and professional at making phone calls (over Skype or similar) then you should not apply for this position.
Must have a reliable internet connection! You must have internet access and be available during all working hours.
