We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Freelance Senior UX Researcher (m/f/d) to support our team in the area of Real Estate Productization.
Important: The project will last around 18 months. It is required that you are willing to live in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, for around 60-70% of the time.
Tasks:
• Proactive definition of the research program across various product development stages, including various types of research (e.g. UX research, concept tests)
• Leading the implementation of various research projects in close cooperation with external agencies
• Integration of research methods into the company's specific real estate design process
• Close cooperation with internal and external product designers
• Building a network to external research agencies in various global target geographies and for various research methods
• Definition of requirements for setting up a database and dashboards for storing and analyzing data from various research studies
• Conducting and moderating workshops and idea sessions to reflect on research results and to steer product decisions with various teams
• Continuous reporting on project status and strategy to senior management
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of practical experience in conducting customer research
• Expert knowledge of various research methods for defining studies in various project phases, especially qualitative methods including UX research and concept tests, but also knowledge of quantitative methods including Conjoint and MaxDiff
• Experience in moderating team meetings of various sizes, e.g. for idea sessions and other creativity formats
• Ability to define and lead research projects conducted by external agencies
• High motivation to be an integral part of the company and to shape the quantum leap in the real estate design and construction industry
• Pragmatic and result-oriented with high organizational ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
• Ability to lead discussions and be persuasive
• Ability to positively influence the work culture
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia, London, Dubai or similar places;
• Willingness to work 8.5 hours/day. Holidays in Saudi Arabia will apply
