I need an experienced HR professional to assist with our company's recruitment and hiring process.
- The role will involve helping us fill positions ranging from entry-level to senior/executive level. You will be instrumental in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Your focus will be on evaluating candidates' education and experience, ensuring the positions are filled with candidates that meet our qualification standards.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recruitment and hiring. Experience in a startup environment or understanding of the technology industry would be a plus. Previous experience in recruitment for roles requiring a mixture of educational and professional experience is highly desirable.
