I would like to render the facade of the attached building and also to shape the surrounding plot.
This block of flats is in an urban area in Rhodes city, Greece. The exterior design should be modern. You can choose the exterior colour combination (an ochre combination or an grey/ white combination would be 2 ideas). I attach some photos of the current situation of the building. Also, a photo- from the building- depicted the surrounding area and the street view in google maps: [login to view URL] .
As for the balconies, I would like to have some partially built partially glass or banister. I attach some photos of previous project in order to clarify what I mean.
The plot size is 14.70 meters width and 24.60 length. There will not be any parking spaces in the plot.
The quality of the result should be high, close to the reality. Please feel free to ask for clarifications. Thank you.
