Urgently need to create a simple mobile optimised web app for redemption of items.
1) deliverables on 8th June 2016
2) wireframe available
3) no skinning or design required, just functionality and basic css
4) must be PHP + MySQL
functionality:
1)Sending voucher process
i)List Upload
a) admin loads up user list together with each user's entitlement
b) running a command to send an sms (nexmo) to the users
c) SMS will contain a shortened link that opens to a web page with the voucher details that contains a QR code (parameter from Database)
ii) Manual Sending page
a) Page will have 3 simple fields: mobile number, authorization pin, entitlement.
b) on submit an sms similar to the above will be sent.
2) Redemption process
a) user brings phone and shows QR code to shop
b) shop scans QR code which opens web app page that will show the User's details and his entitlement
c) User selects the amount of group 1 and group 2 items he wants to redeem clicks next
d) If entitlement allows go to next page, else error
f) Next page will have the drop down list of the groups and items and user selects the exact items. clicks next.
g) Next page will be a summary and a signature pad and a user can submit
h) Acknowledgement page will show summary of the redemption
i) redemption date / items will all be stored back in the database. Entitlement = Entitlement - redeemed.
