Booking system requirements:
Booking dashboard for admin team to be able to grey out dates and time slots so clients are unable to make appointments during these dates.
Selected postcodes and areas are only allowed to make appointments. Postcodes which fit within the radius and list I’ve created, will be allowed to make an appointment.
Postcode in congestion charge zone - Additional £30 added to the final payment .
Parking charge will be added - when no free parking is available
Right now a confirmation email is sent once the customer fills in their details and selects a time. This should be done after a payment has been confirmed and finalised, not before.
If payment is declined, an automatic email should be sent to the customer stating that their card was declined. If they would like to go ahead with the booking, they can call the office and the email would have our details listed.
If a booking has been finalised, could you add in the booking confirmation email a label related to the status of paid/unpaid?
Bank transfer option - clients can enter their bank details securely and make a bank transfer if they don’t want to use a payment portal or link
We use Privateemail, is is possible to add the booking details of the customer and timing of appointment on the private email calendar?
Or is there a way to add it to a google calendar and have that synched with private email
The calendar needs an arrow on the right hand side to indicate that the calendar has a scrolling view as some customers are getting confused
Calendar needs to be changed from Green/Purple to blue and navy blue
Disclaimer on the payment page saying we do not accept American Express
Landlord Gas safety Cert:
There is a type of where it states “one off payment” - it says “one of payment”
The picture here should be more in line with the gas safety cert content
The price of this section needs to be changed from £40 to £45
Section saying Vat inv should be changed to Vat Inc
