Updates to Wordpress site - duplicate landing page (some php coding required)

We have some changes to our Wordpress site and one change needs a fast turn around of 24 hours. Please see requirements below:
1. Add Landing Page
- this is #1 priority and needs to be completed in 24 hours, we need to create a landing page which is a duplicate of an existing page with different info
- duplicate this page: [login to view URL]
- Title: Production Testing
- change page slug as well
- Change the white text in the header to: Production Testing Equipment for Lithium Ion Batteries
- Leave the 'Read More' button
- Leave the 'Welcome to' section as is
- Change 'Explore the Ultimate R&D Equipment for Lithium Ion Batteries' to 'Discover the Ultimate Production Testing Equipment for Lithium Ion Batteries'
- For the products in the boxes use the six products listed in the attachment. Three of these products are the same and don't need to be changed. You may need to adjust the order or size of the boxes to get everything to fit correctly. Both front and flip sides must display correctly on different screen sizes without cutoff content.
2. Update field from text to file upload.
- We are using Advanced Custom Fields plugin to add a file download field to a page. The field is currently text where admin manually uploads a file, then pastes the URL. We want to change it to file upload field instead.
- Field location on front-end: [login to view URL]
> Press F4 to close modal
> See download link at bottom of page
- In Advanced Custom Fields change the field type to 'File'
> You can find the field in: Custom Fields > Webinar > PPT URL
- Update the theme templates to display the download link using the new field type
> Need to update in two places: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (both in theme folder)
- On front-end please make the icon and text for the download 200% larger (both files)
- Currently if there is no video the page still displays a large iframe and pushes download link to bottom. Please fix so that if there is no video the iframe code is removed and the PPT download link appears at top (both files)
- There are a few Webinars with existing PPT Upload data in this field. Please update those so PPT files after changing the field type so they display on the entry.
3. Update Button Text
- On this page: [login to view URL]
- See attachment
- If the webinar does not have a video and does not have a PPT file uploaded remove the blue button
- If no video, but it does have a PPT uploaded change button text to "Download PPT"
- This is added through a shortcode, can find it in theme > [login to view URL]
