The system will have a user interface and will work as per our spec. The system is based around parking (car parks) and the system will be able to accept data from multiple APIs such as Pay and Display Machines, ANPR cameras, Payment Apps.
The system will have the capability of adding new sites, and then working out any vehicles that are due to be issued with a Parking ticket.
The system will have the capacity to use a work flow and generate letters automatically and send to post via API
The system will allow people to pay PCNs / Appeal PCNs online
The system will have a document creator
The system will have high level reporting capabilities
The system will have portals for clients to use which links into our system, the portals will allow clients to add vehicles to a "authorisation list" so a parking ticket isnt issued
The system will have a data section, so clients can see car park capacity, volume of cars, average time vehicles spend on site, etc
The system will have multiple users and different users will have different security levels of features they can view/see
The system will have a mobile application for parking wardens to issue parking tickets on car parks
The system will be fully GDPR compliant
