We looking for a talented coder to write an sms autoresponder to send 130 characters words sms to any telephone.
This service must bypassed any mobile operators in the world like [login to view URL]
I want to show how i need it
1) A Compagny want to start an sms marketing campaign,login and create a campaign via the web application
2) the software will generate an unique 5 five code
3) The compagny promote the code and a user send for example ''Coca cola to 56747
4) This phone number will be register in the database.
5) the compagny can send sms to this campaign at any time

I need to control and limit the number of sms to send per day/per month etc..
i need to add a recurrent payment system when someone cannot pay,this client cannot login and use the web application.
