1) Add 'Before Discount' order totals with strikethrough for wholesale orders
- on cart page
- on checkout
- on order email
2) Remove 'Newsletters' option from customer account page
3) If you don't enter a drivers licence number on the checkout page it does nothing. It should tell the customer what is missing. I need it to:
- Automatically scroll/move to that section and have a stronger outline or a text message saying "Please enter a licence or ID number and state"
4) Setup price/cart rules so that items in category 'Exclude From Wholesale Discount' are not discounted with wholesale discount and are not discounted with coupon codes (googlereview5 & FYSHWICK15)
5) Need text at top of order email that say "WHOLESALE CUSTOMER- DISCOUNT APPLIED" for customers in wholesale group

- I need the custom options (for products) font size to be one size bigger
- I need the 'included items' field (underneath custom options) font size to be one size bigger
7) [login to view URL] // when you put the date & time in, it comes up with the wrong time on the order email (date/time disabled at the moment). Time is being entered in local time then changed to UTC then not being changed back to local time
8) On mobile site sidebar - 'Hire Categories' will only expand if you press '+'. I would like it to expand if you press anywhere on the 'Hire Categories' area
9) Checkout page coupon code - I need a note under the coupon code that says "Does not apply to partaloos, gasses and extra transport charges"
