We have a dated Joomla site and wish to revamp it to a newer version. Due to some portion of the site has customized coding and we cannot simply upgrade the Joomla directly. We need help on maintaining our current site and revamp it to newer Joomla version. Please note our website is bilingual in Chinese and English.
