Plugin Shortcode loaded through AJAX

I just need something simple created to reload a shortcode with parameters based on user input. Input being drop down box, or whatever I can handle this side of things. I just have to much on my plate to create some custom ajax from scratch. Having the element with the shortcode reload after the user input is given. Essentially just trying to reload the shortcode with new params.
The shortcode is [pdf-embedder url=urlvariable title=titlevariable]
