Homepage is down with no change made. Please fix and call Go Daddy server hotline if needed.
Last coder was not experienced enough to solve the issue.

This is a problem related to Go Daddy and WPML. RAM Ressources on Go Daddy are running at maximum.
Maybe this could be the solution.

Some WPML plug in have bad influence on MySQL.
You need to contact Go Daddy or WPML to solve the issue longterm. Maybe also related to the script.
