Hold and Capture on Stripe

I'm interested in pre-authorizing payments on Stripe. I found this code and tried to test it on my own card in terminal but can't figure it out. The pre-authorize code is to put a hold on the funds and the capture code to make the charge days later:

Pre-Authorize

I assume some combination of this data set needs to be added?

I'm just not sure of the last two rows (moto and confirm) and/or if it should be placed before or after capture_method=manual. Or if either of those same two commands would make it a charge rather than a hold.
