Fixing "Page POST form not found" error in API

We run a Prestashop 1.7-based website that allows users to place bids on Yahoo Auctions Japan through an API.
Every few weeks however, the API becomes dysfunctional and the user gets the error "Page POST form not found" when trying to place a bid. It would seem that there is a connection issue between the API and Yahoo but we haven't been able to find a permanent fix.
We are looking for someone to make this error disappear. Payment will be made upon completion but since this is a recurring problem, feedback will only be left 6 weeks after completion to make sure the error doesn't reappear.
