Background: We do have an webpage up and running live. Content: Webpage of a society.
We now need an online-tool for hidden and secure voting for election of the board of directorate.
Our wish: Development of a module for Drupal (7/8) which can be used for online-elections.
Goal:
* module that can be integrated in different Drupal7 pages (of coarse, other modules will be required)
Requirements for system:
* encrypted mails (GPG or alike) should be used for communication / voting details
* admin backend area for configuration, result export etc.
Functions needed:
* import mask for excel or csv files (name, mail Adress etc. of members)
* html-Design for text and variables (token) that will be send to the members (see above)
* mail queue with unique link and unique login/password generated automatically
* mail includes link and access data
* deadline for voting (time frame)
* after login, voting field to single-select a given name, option for abstention
* feedback mail after successful vote
* interactive report (plots) for admins
* export results for admins
Design:
* we require that the development incorporates design of the mails, frontend and backend of the webpage (corporate design with main colours, logo etc.)
