Create a html builder that allows saves the html file (css, js, .etc) on a single folder... if it detects it is running the ID = "111" it must to saves the files on the folder 111/ located... is not required the database model.

The idea is the user can drag and drop blocks to build his landing page, the images must to be administrable, the content style too...

When the user done to build the html... he must to save it and publish it...
