Create a dog crypto themed website with a news section, using Wordpress

I want a website designed for me using Wordpress that will list about one dozen cryptocurrencies that are dog-themed, e.g. Dogecoin, Shiba Inu. This list will include real-time updated prices for each token. You will need to find a free source that will let you pull price data via a free API. I'm not sure if Coinmarketcap or CoinGecko offer this, but you can check.
The site will have a table for all of the cryptocurrencies being tracked, and the information about each cryptocurrency (e.g. the price, the market cap) will be displayed in the table's columns.
After you have created this page, you also need to provide me with instructions on how to add/remove cryptocurrencies from this list, including finding and adding the API feed of any cryptocurrency I want to add, so that the site displays its live price data.
The site will need a news section, which should be hosted at a subdomain of news.[domain-name].com. You don't need to provide any news articles for the news section. The articles will be added later by me.
You will need to give me a way to access both the main site, and the news subdomain, so that I can modify and add content when I wish.
After you have created the site, I need you to deploy it on an EC2 instance. I will provide you with SSH access to the EC2 instance so that you can do the deployment. You will also need to set up Let's Encrypt SSL for both, with auto-renew.
You will need to create all graphics and content for the site. That includes logo and the text that goes on the website.
