Our church has a new WordPress website and we are looking for freelance developer to help us to create Church Members Management system to manage our church members details in the website where church staff can update, create members details, members can login to update their profile, make bookings of our church rooms, facilities, members can see which facilities, rooms available for booking , see their upcoming worship duty etc.

Current old system is a customized CMS written in PHP4.3.9 and HTML with SQL database. The new Members Management System in the new website needs to able to import and export database. Needs to be able to import our old members database and use them in the new system. It needs to be able to integrate with WordPress this system for easy management. New System will be at least PHP7. Our Church Members to have login access for front end (For Church members) and backend (For Church staff).

See enclosed some of our screenshots details of our old website Members Management system. We would like it to be quite similar with some bit of changes, additions for our new website Members Management. The new Members Management needs to be able to integrate with our new WordPress website and import our old existing members database (SQL, Excel) to the new system. It needs to have import and export function of database. The new Members Management needs to be able to support the latest PHP 7 version.

Current new website is under managed WordPress hosting and we have plans to migrate to normal hosting.
