I am looking at a new business opportunity and would like to get an idea of costs for someone to set up a new WordPress website for me.
I have found a site that has similar functionality that I would like to replicate, however it's going to be a different service. The websites are [login to view URL]

Job description:
I am looking for someone to:
- set up the WordPress site
- install the best theme for the requirement
- add functionality for users to submit a listing (I will provide the questions and fields for the form)
- have a sign in access for people to make changes to their listings
- integrate Google maps to show locations
- home screen to match the layout of [login to view URL]
- Booking functionality - enable a user to grey out dates that are not available (see example here - [login to view URL])
I will supply images for the home page and some test data for you to use to pre-populate 4 locations.
I am basically looking for someone to set up the site and potentially have on-going work to help maintain it.

Description of Each Page:
1) Homepage - search functionality for Australia (Google Maps)
2) Listing page - after searching a listings page that features the google map with markers for each of the locations
3) detailed listing page - features images of the location, services they offer and more detail
4) Submit a listing form
5) Contact us form
