I need a website to be built using Laravel.
The purpose is users can upload jobs that go into a queue. After so many jobs are uploaded, the queue is processed, and it shows the status of the jobs to the users. The users can enter job information, upload files related to the job, modify the details, etc. I have an oldschool PHP site with the functionality I need working, but cannot use any of the code since this is a new project and new company (legal separation).
I am wanting the overall theme to look like ([login to view URL]) and be responsive like it is.
For example in the example page I linked to above, the side bar should only appear when the user logs in. Otherwise it is hidden.
The side bar should allow for the user to Add a New Job, Upload Gerbers for an existing job, Track Existing Job, and View Archived Jobs.
The main area in page will show in the main top section the public area. If nobody is logged in, it will show when the next panel is going out as a calendar date and when the gerbers must be uploaded by (that date minus 2 business days). If there is no date set it will show No Concrete Date Set Yet. The main area will also show the panel utilization currently. It will just show a percentage value that I will feed to it based on area utilized versus total area possible.
The next section down (currently the portfolio in the project) will only show if the user is logged in. If logged in it will show the current users jobs that are uploaded into the queue and what state they are in.

The next section would only be for completed jobs, and again only shown if the user is logged in. Completed jobs are jobs that have already been through production. They are just for archival purposes.
