I have a Requirement for a Full ecommerce Website , Android App & IOS Mobile Application (App)

For vendors(Partners) Only Android App no need for IOS App

once you read the process flow then you will understand our requirements clearly.

Lead Capture / Generation System, 20-25 categories

Process Steps - flow

1. Customers visits the website - which has all products and services displayed in each category -Customer clicks a product or service and Registers a Requirement on the app or website

2. In the next step the Customer's name/mobile number / email / Address is captured through a pop up form/page

3. Each product / service will have fixed pricing which will be displayed

4. The customer requirement gets recorded in the backend (Web admin CRM) and automatic notification is sent to backend admin team/staff

5. Admin team manually checks with vendor/supplier for the product / service at the appointment/scheduled time

6. Customer has the option to make payment online or pay by cash after service is delivered

7. Geo location –included – Customers can view only products available within their specified radius (eg:5km or 10km) from their current location.

8. The vendors can upload their products or services to the category with their login id and enter price – the admin can approve or reject the vendors uploads.

9. Vendor/suppliers makes payments to the client through their login

10. Reporting dashboard which captures - all activities , payments ,transactions accounts.
