Affiliation system in PHP based on CodeIgniter Framework

There are 2 major modules - Affiliate Management and Store Management that is already developed til 95% on CRUD operations. We are looking for someone who can go through the code, inspect and test the web application, optimize it, and deploy it as a production site. Heavy frontend work it also required. We have HTMLs that needs to be integrated with the application.

We would like to take this forward in two phases:

Phase 1:

- Inspecting current code and optimizing it

- Redesigning the application ( Integrating our HTML and PHP views)

- Fetching information though APIs from Affiliate networks and integrating it in the application

- Deployment on shared server (we already have it)

Phase 2:

- Upgrading user flow/application based on the feeback received from closed group

- Deployment on dedicated/VPS server
