we have a Job portal [login to view URL] ...Where employers post their Jobs to get the hire the matching candidate and candidate apply to there Job. For this process they need to communicate with each other.

So to make their communication easier We are going to introduce

-- Create chatbox & Video Calling Feature to our website

**Videocall features for one to one as well as conference calls.

**Chatbox will be same as being used in freelancer.in on which we chat with each other .There should be provision to save and archieve the chats for future [login to view URL] Hi Naukri as an operator should be able to see the chats going on in one page called operator page.

Purpose---

so that an employer could chat with different candidates from our job portal....Our job portal will have lakhs of data of candidates looking for job---if employer wants to chat with anyone of them then he should be able to chat with those candidates.
