Order form on wordpress site, with sums and dropdown options

On a wordpress page, I need and order form where visitor can chose different prices options from dropdown menus. The sum of the options menus prices will then appear at the bottom. There will also be fields for visitors shipping info. There will be 30 products and they will have 2 options with 2 variations each.
