Client is a general contractor who needs a new website. The site itself is fairly straight-forward; full-width/full-screen, parallax style with plenty of subtle (and not-so-subtle) animations. Pretty simple page and post where posts will be presented as project pages including galleries.
Additionally, the client is looking to me to streamline his business on the administrative side by creating an employee portal which would include dynamic HR forms and timesheets. I've found a few plugins that I think could work, but I would leave that up to your expertise. He's also interested in a client portal where customers can log in and few project updates, information, invoices, etc, and possibly make credit card payments.
This project has a flexible budget and a highly motivated client; it can also be rolled-out in phases - (1) website, (2) employee portal, (3) customer portal. I'm looking to schedule development phase for June 2015.
I work in Adobe Edge Animate so I would supply you with HTML, CSS and JS files with all related assets.
