567645 Website Graphic Design Coding

I'm looking for a talented team or individual who can take our current website design and make it more visually appealing. I need someone with great coding skills.

We are a start up that does video tours for assisted living facilities. Our target users are Americans ages 45 to 60 years old so the design needs to be clean with large graphics and text.

Please see new site design concept (Note that site design concept is in Adobe Flash, but this is NOT what we need, it must be HTML5): [url removed, login to view]

NOTE: Video Player needs to be HTML 5 based, NOT YouTube.

NOTE: We would love the Video Player to be shown on the screen of an iPad instead of stand alone if possible.

NOTE: Please take a look at our current site and the way it resizes to fit any screen ([url removed, login to view]) by resizing your browser window. We need our site to do this as well if possible for our new design.

Design concept based on [url removed, login to view], we also like [url removed, login to view] and the simplicity of their site.

NOTE: House Graphic and Envelope Graphic will not be provided by our company, new graphics will need to be created that match the look and feel of the new home page. We did not purchase the graphics you see on the design concept. If needed, we can purchase these graphics but I'd rather have some made to fit the home page.

Please submit bid only if you can make our current site look like the new site design concept. We need HTML 5 coding and the site is hosted on Drupal.

Must submit portfolio of website projects and how long you estimate this project will take.

I would like to know how much it would cost to code our home page to look like the site design concept above. Facility search page would remain basically the same but retain the small green line at the top of the home page design concept. If you have ideas for better design mock ups are appreciated.

Please provide as much information as possible so we can make a good decision quickly.
