Hi All ,
I want to start a website that allows registered users to list poor people case (with images , description), add articles , make donation , comment on the cases.
The site should provide the platform to allow users to do above, and run statistics (Number of cases, total money needed , donation collected to date) , and allow admin to run campaigns ( highlighted on home page) , communicate with the users.
I have attached a file that contains some details about what I want , it also contains some skin for guidelines.
I prefer to use PHP , MySql where I can edit
All Code should be commented to enable future modifications.
I want a functional script , SQL dump , and install instructions, A hosting service will be provided if needed to develop.

NOTE: The site does not do any payment processing , Users can report thier donations (done by any means out of the site) the site keeps records of these donations .
