PHP modification to web page

I need a few quick modifications to the look of my oscommerce category page.

I need the boxes around the products to be all the same size and the detail buttons to be at same location. I need the product description to start at the same height within the box.

Pls view the attached picture as an example of how i want my page to look.

Pls only bid if you are experienced with php, and can get this done quickly.
