Hi,

I am looking for a software developer to join a legal-related tech startup on, potentially, an equity basis.

Your role will initially entail taking existing reverse-auction software (Joomla-based) and molding it to our specific needs, to be used on a website. Your role will then change to the maintenance and further development of the site in order that we may stay ahead of any competition and on the forefront of technological developments.

As the system is, essentially, modeled around eLance, knowledge of how eLance works is crucial.

A passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and a need to disrupt an industry are crucial.

Should you be interested, please submit a proposal. You need not mention any cost, but merely your credentials in software development, and your passion for entrepreneurship and startups.
