BulkCopy SQL table to Datagridview in Visual Basic 2005(repost) (468723)

Hi,

I need the code to bulkcopy SQL Server table data to a Parent/Child-Datagridview in Visual Basic 2005.

Source table = "tblBidImports"

Target = Child-Datagridview.?

(I am not sure if the data can be copied straight to the "tblBidsDetail", I think it will have to be copied to a datareader, dataset or, ?? first then updated to the table.)

Details below:

Parent/Child form:

Parent-Detail form "frmBids": Updates data to table "tblBids".

Child-Datagridview: Updates data to table "tblBidsDetail".

SQL Server 2005 table:

"tblBidImport".

Connection String:

"Data Source=MAIN;Initial Catalog=BulkCopySQL;Integrated Security=True;Pooling=False"

"tblBidImport" Columns:

1. "BidImportKey"

2. "Manufacturer"

3. "BidNumber"

4. "Price"

"tblBidsDetail" Columns:

1. "BidsDetailKey"

2. "Manufacturer"

3. "BidNumber"

4. "Price"

Probably will need the ButtonClick event to copy this data?

## Deliverables
