I want a simple site providing travel blogs to long time travelers.

I have made an example of how I want the blogs to look and function - [url removed, login to view]

If after looking at the above link you think you can do this for me, read through the attached document and place your bid.

What I need the most is the PHP and MySQL - I can probably do the design myself. Hence indicate if your bid is only scripting or scripting+design.

The attached document should clarify most potential misunderstandings, but please ask for clarifications
