Custom Design/Work for Zencart

I need someone that knows ZenCart inside and out. I need some custom work done.

1. I need my site redone in CSS

2. Need Custom shipping module Created for Zones.

3. Need Images resized for the site.

There is some other work that i am sure i will think of as we are doing the above 3. I am looking to build an ongoing relationship with someone that can provide me with updates and changes and custom work in the future.
