looking for .exe (with source) that will accept a graphic file as input, solve visual cpatcha, and out put resulting text. See [url removed, login to view]~mori/research/gimpy/ for a complete discussion.
The exe/source may be used as a basis platform for development of various specific captcha solvers, but success for THIS project will consist of an accuracy rate of at least 10% by the exe vs the captcha implementation used at [url removed, login to view] (it has to solve 1 out of 10 correctly at least) - if you are not confident in a 10% minimum accuracy within a short development timeframe (2 weeks or less), do NOT bid. Minimum accuracy WILL be tested and verified before escrow is released, so dont waste your time or mine.
