60323 OsCommerce upgrade, move site

I am the website owner, and need the following done: 1) Primarily I'm looking for a developer for a long term relationship. Someone whom I can count on to do various odd jobs from time to time on my website nwcoin.com. Someone who will answer my emails within 2 days. 2) I want to upgrade my site to the new OSCommerce program from the earlier version. 3) I want to buy an SSL, move my site to a dedicated server, and automate my Verisign gateway. My gateway is already established and operates manually. I also need electronic cheque acceptance set up for this gateway. 4) I need to automate PayPal payments in my shopping cart. I need this set up so that after a customer has paid me using PayPal, I receive the order via email. 5) After #'s 2, 3, and 4 above are done, I need the payment options in my cart changed. 6) Replace scrolling text field with html/text field in "information" field that I can edit. 7) Give surfers option to turn on/off graphics when surfing my site to speed upload time. 8) Give surfers option to turn on/off music. (Music options need creating).
