I require a COMPLETE hosting company website and design (We supply text only) built using the Joomla CMS along with integration of whoiscart or modernbill. Should be quick and easy for someone with experience with these systems.
Escrow of 50% upon selection, and 50% upon completion. We will provide the URL to a default install of Joomla for your customizations. We will also provide whoiscart or modernbill base install (YOUR CHOICE/PREFERENCE) YOU will make the whoiscart/modernbill template match the template you design for Joomla.
