17313 Clone of PhazeDDL

I need a clone of [url removed, login to view], i don't need the design aspect. I want the features. Like on the home page, it has top searches or it can be random results. Now if you do a search, it comes out with a list, but it pulls from different sites, then when you click on a result, it brings you to the site, with a framed page, your site on the top, theirs on the bottom. I basically need the script to run such a site.
