3 quick PHP/MySQL mini-apps

TIGHT NOW, can you build 3 PHP/MySQL mini-apps for me (got around 6-8 hours @ $8/hr)?
ATTACHED is a mockup of what you need to create:
* see (at left) the animated/sliding select bar that opens up a text description of the app.
* see (at right) the FIRST app (just a series of tabs). I will post you the html/text for those tabs.
* 2nd and 3rd apps are similar.
